To deliver these services with the enhanced Quality of Service (QoS) parameters our enterprise customers demand, we knew we could not rely on legacy, premise-based delivery models that offered isolated, silo-based applications.
Instead, we developed ThinkingCenter, our resilient and redundant data center architecture.
In addition to replicated physical presence in multiple geographies, Thinking Phone Networks also leverages network capacity from multiple, redundant carrier partners in each data center location. The result: No single point of failure in the Thinking Phone Networks’ ThinkingCenter-based service delivery model since no individual site or carrier is critical to the continued delivery of services.
ThinkingCenter is an innovative multi-data-center and geographically load balanced "mesh.” It allows Thinking Phone Networks to assure our customers 99.999% uptime and near-perfect business continuity without the large capital purchase and maintenance investments required for on-premise systems.
With physical presence in multiple data centers throughout the United States, the ThinkingCenter architecture ensures continuous availability through transactional replication across all sites, allowing customers to be easily relocated to an alternate data center without reconfiguration or downtime.
