ThinkingMobile is a Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution which extends the ThinkingSuite platform to mobile workforces. Mobile users can access ThinkingSuite enterprise applications including ThinkingVoice, ThinkingMessaging, and ThinkingCommunicator, directly from a dual-mode mobile handset.
With ThinkingMobile, users become ThinkingVoice hosted IP PBX extensions exactly like any wired handset. Ideal for mobile sales forces, ThinkingMobile incorporates mobile phone usage into the ThinkingSuite platform, allowing for significant telecom cost savings by reducing the number of monthly cellular minutes.

- One Phone Number – A single phone number connects ThinkingMobile users with customers, partners and colleagues. Outbound calls are routed through the ThinkingVoice module allowing called parties to see the single phone number.
- WiFi & 2.5/3G Support – ThinkingMobile works seamlessly via both WiFi and 2.5G/3G cellular data networks, giving users a large operations range. Calls are automatically switched between WiFi and cellular networks based on preference and ongoing quality measurements.
- Significant cost savings – ThinkingMobile can greatly reduce the number of cellular minutes used per month, bringing significant cost savings. Users in WiFi connected areas will connect to ThinkingVoice directly over the data network, bypassing all minute-based cell phone call charges. When WiFi is not available, transparent callback can be enabled to minimize cell charges.
