Overview:
In many organizations today, document management systems serve only as a location for storing files in a way that makes locating and using them difficult and inefficient, if not impossible. C3Content draws on the Coherent Customer Communications underlying the services provided by Thinking Phone Networks to provide an organized repository of information which can be accessed and referenced from any of the applications in the C3 Suite. As an example, this architecture allows a support technician to access technical data originally submitted intoC3CRM by a sales engineer—but he or she is not required to leave their native C3Support interface to do so.
