C3Connect
Overview:
C3Connect provides Quality of Service (QoS) enabled network connectivity and customer side network infrastructure to support Thinking Phone Networks C3 services. QoS allows high priority traffic such as C3 Voice calls (based on VoIP technology) to take precedence over other types of data traffic. QoS on the local area network is ensured by deploying QoS aware routers, switches, and firewalls and applying a standard network deployment blueprint. These blueprints are production tested network configurations that are designed to work with the C3 platform. QoS is provided on WAN connections by providing 2 PVCs with every physical circuit, one used for data, the other for voice. Connectivity from customer locations to Thinking Phone Networks datacenters via C3 Connect circuits are guaranteed to perform within acceptable packet loss, latency, jitter, and QoS parameters when used to access C3 services.
